How will my progress be measured…?
Physical Fitness will be monitored every session by our coaches and feedback/advice will be recorded in your planner. Every 3rd session a fitness test will be conducted – your results will be recorded in your planners. Tracking progression is vital – giving you evidence on paper of how far you have come.
Key body measurements will be taken to track your progress towards your personal goals
Nutrition and the importance of a balanced eating plan, will be covered on the introduction evening along with bullet points, hints and tips to help you on your journey these will also be in your planner at the back.
