RUGBYfit Maintain & Improve Sessions are held in between boot-camps at AoM RUFC every Monday and Thursday and start at 7.30pm. Fantastic value at £3 per session.
We like to train outside on our floodlit training pitches whenever possible (so bring your boots). But when its to wet we have a great space inside the club.
RUGBYfit is a mixed gender team and trains alongside the Ashton on Mersey RUFC squad.
We warmly welcome everyone to come along and join in our friendly and fun sessions and enjoy getting fit together.
