Train as a Team
The training session are designed to incorporate
- Cone drills which build explosive leg strength and speed.
- Speed and Agility drills designed to work your leg and core muscles, as well as the tendons in your body.
- Agility circuits,strength cycles, speed training, body weight circuits & metabolic effect training.
Working in teams each session will incorporate a “Metafit” session. Metafit was created by a former Royal Marine Commando, it combines the latest HIIT training techniques with traditional old school bodyweight exercises to set the metabolism on fire.
Core Rugby skills are integrated into the session to improve passing, and running, catching and evading techniques. You will be challenged to improve decision making, defensive positioning and attacking movement within the high intensity exercises

Throughout the programme we will run fun Touch Rugby style games so you have the opportunity to put your skills and fitness into practice.
